2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

DAY 13: 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

DAY 13: 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

Welcome to Day 13 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

Saturday, April 24th.

Welcome to the weekend, yogis! Enjoy these last two practices, and trust yourself to finish what you started. Sometimes finishing strong can be the hardest part of any endeavor. This challenge is about finding ease on the journey and instilling new habits in the process, so if you've been someone who doesn't finish what they start, you have the chance to write a new story for yourself over these next two days.

If you have the time, Kylie's class is a strong and powerful practice. If you enjoy Pradeep's wisdom and warmth, his class will take you on a 35-minute journey. Or if you want something slow and soulful, Caitlin's Yin class is a lovely choice.

Here are today's class choices:

Relax:

Inner Strength: Yin Yoga for Self-Trust with Caitlin Rose Kenney

50 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

When we struggle to speak our truth, know our worth or feel like we've lost our way it's time to reconnect to our inner strength. This practice guides you back into your root system to remind you of your inner wisdom. This Yin practice builds the endurance of your spirit and reminds you that you have all that you need.

Flow:

Deep Like Pradeep with Pradeep Teotia

35 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Dig deep, go deep, get deep! Fall deeper into your practice with this signature Pradeep vinyasa flow. This 30 min class is a full-body reboot, charactered with Pradeep’s creative sequencing and active flows. This class is for all levels of yoga looking to dig a little deeper. Be brave, my friends! One day or Day one?

Trust:

Let Your Compass Guide Your Way with Kylie Larson

70 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This class works you into Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana, or compass pose. We all have an internal compass, that voice or gut feeling that guides us, but we're not always in touch with it. As you become the compass, you are reminded to listen to the guidance from within.

This is an excellent class for any athletes with tight hips or hamstrings as we will focus on creating length in both of those areas to move into and create the pose. This class sneaks up on you because it starts gentle but then moves you into a challenging balancing sequence.

**you only need to choose one class**
