I think 20-30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a workout, so I appreciate that this class was broken up into 3 segments. I only did the first one so far. I found it challenging enough to warm me up and get my heart pumping, but not exhausting. My legs feel just a little shaky now that it s over. Unlike some reviewers, I thought the sound quality was fine.

Good: This class will make you sweat and there are some great arm toning and tricky one legged sequences with weights. Bad: The poor sound quality combined with distant shots of the entire class and muddled queuing often made me stop and squint at the video trying to figure out what was going on.

The bad quality of the video made me stop and look for another class. Sorry!

Great media, instructor and the asanas chosen are nice but the "work out" is lacking. The use of the weights with such forward flexion are unstable and ineffective in my opinion having more risk than reward and it was not cardiovascular or core challenging for anyone past beginner status and beginners would be at risk of injury when weights were implemented.

Fantastic class! It s been a month since I ve done yoga (thanks to a broken toe) and this class not only opened up my entire body but it also challenged my muscles and joints. I got my sweat on and feel fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful class! I can t wait to do more this style to get back into shape as well as stretching and toning.

Damn good, even with textbooks as weights, this is a great toning class led by a great instructor. Going out to buy weights, so I can do it again soon!

Great class! It is surprising how fast it goes. Really good workout without having to add a ton of different moves. I like her teaching style.

This is my go to class when I want to step it up a notch. I love the instructor s style - she maintains a sense of humor, while keeping it real and providing a kick-butt work out.

Awesome, long, appropriately challenging class. Love the interspersed stretches.

Great class! Clear cueing, great transitions, and overall great challenge. Another good one from Yoga Download.

Strength moves while in balancing poses, core workout sans sit ups mixed in with a little cardio. What more could you want? She gives good modification instructions if you re not yet at this level. Her laughter is infectious as she challenges even herself. You feel like you re in a class. 70 minutes flew by. I will do this over and over.

such a BLAST! She makes is so fun to work hard, yet get centered and strong. Having all the students in the class made it feel more powerful and fun knowing everybody is working hard. She also keeps it "real"...there s nothing fake here cuz she goes through each pose with ya and sweats right along. Brilliantly fun in the cool studio too.
