Hanumanasana Flow



This is a descriptive and medium paced class combines vinyasa flow with longer holds of deep hip opening postures. Through these vinyasa sequences the student will open their hamstrings, groins, adductors and abductors, allowing the body to move into the splits pose. A block, bolster or strap is recommended to use while the student explores this pose, knowing that each time this class is practiced a deeper expression of hanumanasna will be found.
