I love this practice when I have some kinks and some discomfort on my neck and shoulders. It does wonders and a great way of getting rid of pain without taking any kind of pain meds. Thank you for this class.
Exactly what I was hoping for!
I think I got a little over zealous in a rabbit pose last night. My right side neck was painful and twingy all day. This little focused, stretching series was a perfect reset. I still have a little pain reminding me not to push it, but now, at least I can get in a gentle, full length vinyasa. THANKS!
