This is the 2nd time this week I ve done this practice and I plan to keep it in the rotation every week. Although I do yoga regularly, I can t remember the last time I did fish pose - its been years! And it s true - if you don t use it you lose it. I was horrified to find that my head was inches from the floor when it used to easily touch! Thank you Elise for reviving this important pose!
