nice strengthening class!
I ve done this class several times now and it s great! This short, thorough class is a toughie on legs and balance, but perfect for my balance needs. Determined to master those balance poses!! At my age it gets harder all the time!! Thanks for another great class!

I love Mary s classes- short, sweet and adaptable. She has a really nice calm way about her to make the challenges seem easier!
I enjoyed this short class as I didn t have a lot of time today. Next time, I will pair it with the upper body class, as well as the next one in Mary s Power Flow series for a full body burn!
