Nice long and meaningful poses, great instructions and guiding.
This was a very well balanced and enjoyable practice that I think is appropriate for any time not just midday.
This class was perfect. Just the right balance of everything. It is just what I wanted and what I needed. Though I am not sedentary, nor did I do this mid-day - it was a great fit after a busy day. Thank you.

Another 5 star Christen class! Hit it after work this first time, but I do hope to make it a habit during lunch breaks next week. Very nice stretches, strength and balancing poses. Love!
This class went by so quickly. It was interesting, just challenging enough, and had a wonderful message!
Did this after work and it was just what I needed to let go of my day. Going directly into my favorites!! Feel completely open in chest and hips...completely stretched. Think there is little sneaky core in there. Loved the intention to let the residue last , to allow things to be messy (especially in the beginning and to hold (and then unfurl) your heart.
