A slow moving vinyasa style practice that starts with a little extra time to get centered and warm up the body, then moves into a very balanced, whole body focused vinyasa flow and ends with a little extra dose of stretching to prepare the body for rest. This is truly my favorite format to both teach and take at any time of day no matter how I'm feeling. Its a perfect way to feel present while moving mindfully.

I love all of Mary s classes. Such a great instructor, This one was especially nice, challenging when it s done right, and the slow pace was so conducive to digging it really deep. I fell asleep in savanna!
