I really liked this class! After resisting trying it for months, I gave into my curiosity today. It s good for brain and body to try different ways of coordinating themselves together and I ve always found Pilates to pull me out of the "yoga patterns" that I my movements can fall into. This class was a great interruption to expectation and did require me to attend to things quite differently. I only found myself wishing for pure quiet in the moments of pause in the practice. With so much attention required for this out-of-the-norm movement practice, a rest from attending to the voice of the guide would be perfect in those brief breaks. I ll still do this one again!
I have now done this class numerous times and each time I enjoy it more. Really a fun class and good workout. It takes a few tires to get the hang of it, so give it a chance.
Slow to start and slightly disjointed. The class is an odd mixture of Pilates and not-quite yoga. Some interesting moves.
Fun class. A bit hard to follow instructions but got the hang of it as the class progressed. Will keep doing it now that I captured the basics of the flow.
Great class! I have wanted to add more strength to my routine but wasn t ready for weights. Annie made a class that is accessible to all levels and hit all parts of the body. I did have to move my computer around to make sure I was doing it right but realized if I stayed present and trusted myself I was fine! It seemed like a slow moving class but realized I broke quite a sweat and it was over in no time! I Always love Annie s classes!!

I love this class!Annie you construct the most unique and fun classes ever ! I love the fusion series - you don t know what is coming next, yet every pose and exercise has a purpose to deepen your strength/stretch. This keeps me present. I also love long sequences on one side and then the other . Makes it way more of a fun adventure! This class is challenging but she gives lots of modifications and you just might surprise yourself as you explore movement and surrender to the flow!
