Great class for hip opening. The You ll Feel It description, I think, applies more to the wonderful hip work, not necessarily flow intensity. I ll be back!
I loved this longer class from Erin. Nice deep stretches.
Not a bad class but not properly labelled on YDL. It is neither intermediate or you ll feel it. More like everyday namaste.

Agreed. Was hoping to build up more of a sweat then get into deeper stretches.
Such a well-thought-out class! Just the right amount of strength and stretch as well as excellent cues. I only recently discovered Erin s classes and have loved each one I ve tried!

Really enjoyed this class. Especially liked the cues to find my natural range of motion.
I love this sequence. Slow and steady build up through stretches towards a strong plank. I like the unique entry into poses quite uncommon in vinyasa but equally strong and effective. It is a novel sequence that I will come back to regularly. Thank you, Erin, as always.
