Great way to start your day... With the dampness and the winter arriving where I live , my arthritis has kicked up and this is perfect way too stretch and get moving!

Keep in Simple what a perfect message for me where I am right now. I tend to make things complicate and get stressed out. I have been challenging myself and adventured in my life. When I started practicing Yoga, I was just like that: I liked fast pace, challenging, and advanced classes. Now, I have hip injury and need to get slow down as if my body is telling me "Too much! Take care of me!" Thank you Mary to bring this claa, perfect practice in perfect time for me.
