Love this slow stretchy class. I haven t been able to exercise a lot lately and my legs have been feeling "antsy." This class made them work a bit and stretch out. They feel so much better. Always love Elise.

My body is tingling with blood flow and gratitude Elise. This is my first practice since before Christmas holidays and it was a perfect return. I will come back to this practice again!

Great short practice and as sweet as Elise. A Beginner level tag would be more appropriate.

I love this class! Moving with conscious awareness! Great pace, holds and excellent cues. These shorter classes are my favorites. This class is going into my favorites. Thank you Elise for another wonderful class. :)

This is a simple, slow, short, but powerful practice. In fact, I found I was sweating at the end of class. Sometimes moving slow and stay in a pose makes me stronger and calm. It is not easy, and a quick fast flow class may make me feel "I did it!" but my body knows what needs to build muscles. I think this class is something like that. Thank you .

Lovely nourishing class! I really enjoyed the isometric movements early in the class and I feel so wonderful in my lower body.

If you are groaning because of back and hip pain this is for you. This is definitely a slow paced class and I as I was doing it I thought possibly a beginner level but I am moving without pain so I don t care. All my years of yoga and I had not realized how much of a stretch a lunge was for my back leg. Thank you Elise.

This was a nice slow lower body stretch class. If you enjoy fast paced classes, this is probably not for you, but it does give a focused class for a nice entry to my day! My body feels ready to go! Thanks, Elise! I always enjoy your classes!!
