This was a great breathing class with some nice movements before and after. Good start or end to a day, Jessie had a soothing voice and good instructions. I will add this to my rotation also. Thank you

Jessie! This was the first time I did a class with you, and I loved it. What a nice energy you have. I guess I will need to come back and do this again, because the breath holds at the beginning during the pranayama were challenging. Thank you for sharing this and namaste.

Great breathing and stretching in this practice, with enough else to warm and open. The final savasana is especially a standout, with (gentle) instructions focusing of attention and breadth, so helps make the most of that. Am struggling through chronic illness, and this practice left me more refreshed than I ve felt in a long time.

I enjoyed the flow in this class but I found the length of breath hold in the alternate nostril breathing way too long. I tried to breathe at my own pace but it was difficult as Jessie kept saying hold for 16 , rather than continue at your own pace. Otherwise I liked the range and pace.

Gentle flow with very basic moves and asanas. Should have been rated as Beginner; no Advanced activity here at all. I m giving it a 5-star rating only because it is a nice practice and because I don t know if it is the instructor s choice to rate the class or if it s YogaDownload s mistake.
