Challenging and to the point. I’m a beginner and had to work to keep up but that is what I needed.
Erin is always my go to and I quickly added this to my favorites. Always a very efficient workout with just the right amount of challenge to keep you coming back to the mat. Thanks Erin!

I loved this class. I m not super experienced with weights but I know I need to incorporate strength training into my fitness routines. This class showed me the way, but started with some nice yoga that felt comfortable. I really liked the mix. Doesn t end with Shivasana... FYI.
I ve enjoyed the few classes I ve done with Erin but I found this one a bit hard to follow as I m not used to doing yoga poses with weights. A person experienced with weights might have understand her instructions but I had to keep looking at the screen to see exactly where her arms and legs were moving (maybe it was the angle of the camera) and then I was off balance with the weights and concerned that I d throw off my low back (which I do core work for but is still a problem for my aging physique). Perhaps she can give more detailed instruction as to weight balance and positioning at the start of class (I ve seen some teachers do that on YD) or at least as she s moving into the poses. Overall, I liked the flow and addition of weights (3 lb each) but found it difficult to feel balanced w/o practice. Thank you!

I love Erin s classes. She is crystal clear in her instructions, shows proper modifications, and she is motivating. I ve never incorporated weights into yoga before, but I do weight workouts separately so I figured I d try because I love Erin. I m not sure I d call it yoga, but I liked it a lot. Great workout, little glisten of sweat, perfect length. Now, on with my day!
