Great class - the joy of flow and builds some heat! Will add to favorites and would love to see more variations in this series, perhaps with even more emphasis on flow/moving with breadth. So wonderful to have more choices for those many days when wrists and shoulders need rest days to recover / heal.

Fun, energetic and short when you don’t have much time. Good hip opening, stretching and strengthening. Love the instruction and cues.
