H.I.I.T. + Flow is a fusion class that will consist of a 20-minute high-intensity interval sequence followed by a 20-minute dynamic yoga flow, cool down, and savasana. This class will give you the perfect blend of fitness and yoga. *Hand weights are used in the H.I.I.T. portion of the class.

Great class
This class was more on the beginner side than advanced beginner. Every move was very simple. I don t think of myself as being in great shape but I did not find the HIIT intense at all. He did have some nice stretches and I liked that he spent some time stretching the neck as I feel it does not get enough attention. I was in a rut with one favorite instructor so I have been trying to branch out. I am sure this class works for some but it is not for me. best of luck to all. Namaste

I really loved this class. It is a thorough full body workout with some aerobic work. I liked the mix of weights in the first part and yoga in the second part. As usual, Ben is a great instructor. His cues are slow and clear and he models the exercises before the class so you know what to expect. If you are looking for touchy-feely Stuff, this is not the class for you.
I don t understand the 5 star reviews. He s monotone through the whole routine and the moves are very basic. I made it about 40 minutes and couldn t take it anymore.
I love all of Ben s classes--he s a gentle and encouraging teacher with great cueing and moves. This one is similar to his more recent classes in that it is not quite as intense as his earlier classes, so I didn t sweat much. But still a nice, moderate workout with a good combination of strength moves for lower and upper body and nice flow and stretch at the end. Keep them coming, YDL!
I love all of the HIIT yoga classes. Thank you for combining the two! I want to get the weights is strength training in and my body needs the yoga. This is a great way to get both done in one workout!
Wow! Although this is an advanced beginner class, it s quite challenging. I enjoyed the HIIT combined with a dynamic yoga flow(in other words he keeps you moving). I have osteoporosis and find the weight workout beneficial. Thanks
When you can t decide between strength and yoga, THIS is the class to take. 3 sets of 7 weighted moves, followed by a delicious flow - really enjoyed it!
Good to have a new one from Ben! This class is still his appreciated no-nonsense approach—excellent queues, as usual. I got my heart rate up during the weight portion, then a beautiful full-body yoga stretch at the end. "Take a full breath in and let it goooooo"
