Another excellent combo of straight-up excercise and yoga. The fitness section is quite challenging, the yoga section energizing with a bit of strength but mostly balance and stretch. All around a well rounded practice for when you feel like you NEED some good old fashioned calistenics, but what you WANT is some nourishing yoga ahh.

I really enjoy Ben s teaching - he is calm but still motivating and has a good pace for his workouts and yoga. Instructions are very clear. This one isn t as tough as some of his earlier workouts that used weights, (and not as tough as Becca s workouts) but l worked up a reasonable sweat and was breathing hard. Will probably feel it in my abs tomorrow too.

I really enjoyed this class! It got me sweaty, it stretched me out, and it felt really good (and challenging) the whole time. I like Ben’s calm demeanor, and I appreciated that he broke down the exercises before we got started.
