Beautiful and informative class. I m sure I will be returning to this class many times. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions and the information about the facia. I also loved having a good length of time in each pose, sometimes even yin classes can feel a little rushed for me but this was perfect. Thank you so much!
I intuitively came to this class today … and it was my perfect choice, I am so glad I gave myself the gift of this time and this class! I really loved the gentle movements, voice and cadence of the teacher. I will definitely come back to this class! Namasté!

Stay in a pose for long enough to release and relax is very difficult for me. I am flexible yet know my muscles are almost always tense. This class teach me how to let go of those unnecessary tense. Thank you.

Now I ve done all three Yin practices in this series. I always avoided Yin believing I needed the Yang to get the results I wanted. Now I realize I absolutely need both!

Love this class and do it nearly every day. It was a surprise to me that I nearly fell asleep in a twist and later on that my lower back turned relaxingly warm (happend a 2nd time the next day on my way to work). Somehow got me back to inner balance. I really enjoyed this class. I’m building up my running at present & don’t want to overdo things so yin yoga is ideal. I loved the mixture of poses & information about the theory behind the yin practice. The balance was just right for me as I’m new to yin yoga. It’s a class I will be happy to repeat.
