Don t let the relaxing music fool you - this was tough! I had to modify most poses but still got a fantastic ab workout. My plan is to do this daily for an entire month and hopefully feel results!

Wow! Very intense. I had to take a few breaks and i thought I had strong abs. Im challenged to do it again until i can get through it without breaks. Cant believe its only 10 minutes
