Great class for balance and muscle strength. Bit fast in the middle but I only did it once. I suspect I will master all the flow postures after repeating the class more than once, in order to be able to do it by listening and not watching the screen. This is day 4 for me after a long gap and feel my balance is already better.. Thank you
Took as part of the New Years Challenge. This is one of those great classes where you feel like you got an amazing workout in just a small amount of time. You end standing (no shivasana or floor stretches except one out of runners lunge). But could easily do in the morning and then get going with day!

Fire AND Flow!! This class incorporated all that I love in a quick practice, balance, heat, and flow - along with an instructor providing gentle guidance. I loved it!
Claire talked about renaming this class “Balance challenge.” Yup. Short and sweaty and def balance-focused. My legs were on fire - in a good way.
Definitely a balance challenge. I weebled and wobbled my way through this practice. I feel really good and happy with myself. Love Claires soothing voice. Made those long holds a little calmer and shorter. :)

I have taken Clares classes locally in San Diego and she is the best. This was a great 20 min flow.
WOW THAT WAS SO INVIGORATING! I didn t think I could do it...but I did! Such an interesting sequence...combos I would not have considered pairing!
Quick and challenging. Lots of balance work, but it works nicely to really engage the leg muscles. It gave me a great start to closing my calorie burn ring for today in a short time!
Very nice routine, love the leg stretches especially after a lot of walking the day before. I recommend this session.
Balance challenge is definitely an appropriate name. I enjoyed it though, despite struggling with a few of the poses.

This was a great class! I really enjoy these short flow classes when I don t have a lot of time. Claire s cues and directions were great! I challenged myself to go a little deeper today and it felt good. Thank you!

It’s challenging which is good but felt rushed and ends abruptly. It does the job of getting your “flow” going but would live it if it just kept a nice steady pace, which it does in places but not in others. It did say there was no savasana but still felt like it ended too abruptly. I just added a few more moves and the savasana but prefer the direction.

this was just right for the morning - energizing and relaxing. Question for the teacher (hoping she will see this!) - do we continue the ujayi breath through the whole practice or only in the beginning when it is cued?

As I get older these become more challenging. Always feels really good when I can make it through. Even if I do have to occasionally shorten the holds. I ve enjoyed Claire s classes for many. Always glad to see new ones.
Tough balancing but wonderful stretches! Maybe tougher since this is the day after eating!

Very nice class by Claire. As always love the flow and vinyasa builds. It felt a touch rushed at the beginning; suggest not calling attention to how short the class is and how we have to get going right away :)

Great short class. Suggestion for Quick Energy Flow 6: fewer side stretches and sun salutations in the beginning and at least one final relaxing stretch at the end. Thank you for keeping us moving Claire!

Great class for when short on time. Had it all, stretches, twists, and balance poses. Felt great after. Claire s classes are always wonderful and go straight into favorites. And I love the pink tones of the tops and yoga mats!

This class is fabulous, just like all of Claire’s classes! It flies by while fitting everything in - some flowing, some strengthening, and some stretching. I especially love how her classes almost always include a good quad stretch or two. And totally unrelated to the yoga...I loved all the pink!

I always enjoy Claire’s classes and glad to see a new one. I like a practice to be between 35 and 55 minutes. When I’m short on time, I can count on her to get a good workout in with all the benefits of something longer.

I don t know of any other class that packs so many balancing poses in a short class - and that s a good thing! Balancing is my weakness, which is exactly why I need to embrace practicing rather than to avoid it.
Having multiple balancing postures within the vinyasa flow helped me focus clearly when I m fresh. Usually a couple of balances are thrown in near the end of longer practice when my legs are fatigued. So...a class that sounded daunting actually empowered me! Thanks Claire!
