Fantastic 15 minute class. Lots of stretches that I will be doing over and over.Particularly liked the wrist and finger work, as well as the neck stretches. My neck feels amazing now.
Really loosens up the upper body
Totally loosened up my upper body, especially my neck.
What a phenomenal way to loosen one s tight muscles by lengthening the body after a physically taxing day. Love how you can work so much of the body all from the chair!
