This well-rounded VinYin fusion class begins with a sweaty and challenging Vinyasa practice followed by slow and grounding Yin sequence. This class focuses on the contrast between action and rest, a concept most of us spend our entire lives working to find balance with. The first half of this class will focus on warming up the muscles, while the second half will focus on moving into denser, drier tissues.

The audio must be corrected because everything sounds just right. The first half wasn t much of a Vin class, not too much effort. The second half Yin had some creative holds and stretches that reach many muscles not normally stretched in other Yin classes. Overall, a fairly good class.
This class came up for me in an email from YD. I really like Erin and although I usually don’t do much yin, I thought this was lovely. The vin on the first half gave me what I wanted and the yin what I probably needed. Lovely.
Erin s class was perfect for me today. I love her clear cueing interesting transitions. The Yin half was a treat that I rarely allow myself to enjoy. Feeling great now!
tim saving this one and will try more of Erins classes. one thing i like about this class is it has poses in it i have never seen in any other class
Great class with some really creative poses and transitions. Not taking off a star for this because it s not Erin s fault, but the multiple audio tracks are a nightmare to listen to (Erin: "Pay attention to what you re hearing in your body." Audio track 1: "woooo oooo oooo" Audio track 2: "boom tss TSS boom BA-BOOM tss TSS"
Great class and clear instructions. I wish they would remove the music though. It sounds like a mishmash of two tracks and is very distracting.
I love Erin s classes. She is a wonderful teacher. This class was good - (a little hard to follow at times) but Erin s newer classes are excellent. More practice does that I guess.

Very inventive transitions - definitely loved the mx of energy / relaxation as well!
Thanks so much, Josie! So happy you enjoyed! ❤️😘🥰
I looooove this class. I’ve been feeling pretty achy and needed to still move my body but extra stretching so this class is perfect. I’ve come back to it three times already and plan on doing it a lot more.
It’s great because there is no chance to get bored or have your mind wander in the first half because she keeps you really moving and the poses are not difficult.
The Yin portion of it is just enough and exactly what I need. I would love to see her do way more of these this is such a great format.
Thank you Erin for a wonderful flow!
So happy you enjoyed, Dana! Thank you so much for your kind feedback 😍❤️💕
Great class. I especially loved the shoulder openers at the end since a lot of classes skip over these.
Good idea to combine Vinyasa and Yin. I could never do a stand alone Yin class--too boring; but a few Yin stretches after a "real" class is a great combination.
I really enjoyed this class - the cueing was really clear and I liked that there were some creative poses I hadn t done before. The vinyasa portion was a lot slower and easier than I expected based on the level and intensity listed. It seemed more like a beginner or adv. beginner class, and I would have classified it as "Everyday Namaste" rather than "You ll Feel It."

I felt the same and expected a bit more from the first half of the class but still enjoyed it.
Love this class. Nice warm up for the Yin sequence.
Deanne! Thank you so much for your kind feedback! I can’t wait to film some more in a couple weeks🙏🏼❤️ have a beautiful week!

Thanks you, sweet friend! I miss you lots, I am so, SO grateful that we are able to connect on this platform! Lots of love to you!!!😘
Relaxing and good stretching!
This class was ok. It felt more like a beginner than intermediate class. The instructor incorporated some fun poses during the vinyasa portion. I also found the instructions and suggestions during the yin portion too distracting to really relax.
Thanks for the feedback! And thanks for taking the time to check out my class:)
Good mixture of poses including ones I ve not done before. Was a little tough to follow some prompts without looking at the screen in the vin section
Thanks for the feedback, Amanda! I m glad you enjoyed.
wonderful class - she s a little hard to follow, but I ll do it again and get used to her prompts. Nice balance of awake and relaxed.
