Normally I love Marks classes, and a couple of them have made it to my favourites list, but this was not one of them, slower, and less interesting, and somehow, just didn t feel right, left me feeling slightly frustrated, but the worst thing was the constant chattering, theres nothing wrong with a bit of quiet now and then.

I took this class on a dark, heavy day and it was just what I needed. The pace is slower than other classes I have taken with Mark, yet still strong and stretchy. The message was also so helpful. For days when you know you *need* a juicy class, but you don t feel energetic, I recommend this class :)

I love Mark s classes! He creates interesting combinations of poses so I can never anticipate the next pose which makes the classes new and fun. This one has some great hip openers.

I LOVED this class. The message was just what I needed today... going through some stuff where I feel stuck, and the class was so perfect. Not a super intense flow, but it really got your body moving to get you unstuck. I love mark s classes...thank you!

Mark s entire collection of classes here are wonderful. I took one of his studio classes this week and was amazed at how close these videos come to the experience of his live classes. His message is strong and empowering, his classes are challenging and invigorating... Thank you for this one!!

oh my god this guy talks way too much!!
