Love this! The block activity adds a refreshing change. Good sculpting moves along with some nice yoga flows in a short time.

Exactly what I wanted..quick total body class that gave me some cardio. Instructor is super positive an upbeat..would definitely try more of her classes. Really enjoyed this class.

This was a great 30 minute workout however I was expecting more core focus. That might be because i put in a core filter and chose the first one without reading the description. That being said, it was well rounded. The legs were the hardest part, maybe include some tougher abdominal core exercises.

I usually love this instructor s classes, but this one wasn t my cup of tea. It seemed a lot easier than her other classes, yet at the same time it was a lot harder on my knees.

I loved this class. I can always count of Kristin s classes to challenge me to an amazing workout. I have tried many of them and loved them all. I hated some of the intense parts as I was doing them but loved the feeling afterwards:) Thank you, Kristin!

I usually like Kirsten s classes, but I wasn t so keen on some of this. I didn t like standing on one block as I felt it put my hip out and she sometimes only gives certain info that I felt was important to help protect from injury on the second side

Another great class! I have taken other classes from Kristin and they are always excellently directed and focused on breath. I really enjoyed how she incorporated my dusty old block.:)
I will definitely add this to my routine. Looking forward to another new routine from her. Thanks!

Did this class as part of the 21 day challenge and LOVED it! I love a class that incorporates yoga breathing with strength training. Great teacher, great class! Added to my favorites and will be doing it again!

Great class. I wish there was more time to get settled into each pose, especially in the beginning - I felt like I wasn t getting the benefit of each one. Otherwise, it was a great way to work up a sweat. Perfect for when you re short on time.

Tried this class as part of 21 day challenge and wouldn t have normally chosen a sculpt yoga class, but Kristen s style and motivating yet light-hearted instruction made this class good fun and a great workout. Refreshing! Thank you!

I did this class as part of the 21 day challenge. I thought it was a great class. The block helps me focus on my core more than usual. It makes me feel like my inner thighs are getting a much better workout than normal.

This was a great class! I felt all those muscles in my core getting a workout. Nice workout on the glutes too! I did leg workout yesterday, so felt this right from the start. I liked the incorporation of the blocks. I do yoga several times per week, using the block helped me place more focus on keeping my hips centered, core engaged a bit more than usual. Thanks Kristen!

Love the class! I like the use of the block, you wouldn t think a small addition can change the feel of the workout. Good intensity and good length to the workout. You are one of my favorite instructors I enjoy regularly. I think I m going to feel this tomorrow!

This is a fun class! It moves quickly, incorporates a block in some different ways and builds all over strength. Did the class as part of the 21-day yoga challenge and I think I will revisit it.

I took this class as part of the 21 day challenge and I am so glad I did. It involved more of a workout than a regular class with some "reps" which was perfect for a rainy day. Also, doing sun salutations in the beginning with the block was a nice reminder of core and alignment.

Great class - I do a lot of the sculpting classes - usually only have 30 mins so do the upper and lower body separately and I have been looking for a nice quick full body workout so this was perfect!

I love all types of fitness, and one of the reasons I love Kristin s classes so much is they incorporate a lot of muscular strength activities into the workout. I didn t have a block on me during this workout, and still felt the burn.

WOW! What a workout. I got a great cardio workout without having to go to the gym. Very different from you would expect on YDL, but great at the same time. I was looking for something different and this is it. Not an easy class. Works your core, legs, every part of your body. I feel it and was sweating have way thru the class. I ll be looking for more of her classes.

The first 15 minutes were really good. I little too intense on the knees with a lot of moving squads and not enough focus on breathing. I did not have a block with me but it s pretty easy to adjust. Nice workout for day two of the challenge, will probably download this class and do it again.

So happy to see a new class from Kristen today, what a great way to start the new year. I love this class like every other of hers. This one focuses on strengthening the core which makes for a better yoga practice. My one request is for more 1-hour classes from Kristen! More please!
