I ve had a tough week where I ve been slowly amping up tension and anxiety in my body. I could feel it in my gut - constant nerves in my stomach. (Plus I have a gut disease probably adding to it). I started this set, but didn t really expect to get any benefit. I am familiar with Kundalini, so already know it s not like Vinyasa and focuses a lot on breathing more than other types of yoga. So I went in with some knowledge but low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to feel so calm after. I don t know why I always forget that this is typically what happens. The nerves were gone , at least for a couple of hours (back now). But I really believe it s the breathing that calms us. If nothing else, do this set or other Kundalini to spend time focusing on your breathing.

Loved this class, perfect for during a detox. And the background music was lovely - does anyone know what it is? Thanks

We love all of the Kundalini classes but this one is particularly great.

I have taken Kundalini classes here and there online, and I have learned to take. it. easy. So I didn t keep my arms straight, or make it through the whole 3 minutes this time, and stopped whipping my head back and forth when it felt questionable. I still got amazing benefits from the short class. I felt my tailbone and lungs open up, felt gentle energy buzzing through my shoulders and legs, and an overall general wellbeing. Thank you for offering this class.

Thank you! Wonderful practice. I accidentally found a kundalini yoga practice at the gym and fell in love with it. I feel very blessed to have discovered it, it s not offered at studios or gyms (except for the one) around here.

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for about ten years now. This is my second kundalini class and while I can imagine I would have hated it ten years back, this class is actually perfect for me now. No need for vocslising all the inner peace and such, kundalini is repetitive and practical. The stretching and holding feel uncomfortable in many ways but it sure wrings and rinses out all the stuck bits from years of bad postures. It’s not perfect, but it might be just what the body needs.

Every student finds the right teacher at the right time. With multiple classes to choose from, it s easier to find the wavelength that most resonates with where I m at, at the moment. I haven t done kundalini yoga before, but found this class exhilarating and complete within itself. I have a lot of spinal issues due to age,DNA, and accidents - but was still able to do the long twists and faster twists. Thank you for theclear instruction and the lovely music too. Sat Nam.

I m reviewing this mainly to counterbalance the criticisms of the repetitiveness.
This was my first experience of Kundalini yoga. The whole thirty-three minutes covers a long breathing exercise, and maybe three different postures practiced with many, many repetitions.
If you re also new to this style of yoga, I urge you to see it through to the end. The repetitiveness is not a bad thing; it brings about a clarity of mind that more varied and vigorous asana practice has rarely helped me achieve.

Didn t get any CV benefits and very repetitive.

I ve done a couple Kundalini classes before, and I have to admit I still have a hard time getting into it. My feedback for this class though is that while the teacher kept saying it was accessible to everyone, I actually found the repetitive movements to really aggravate underlying arthritis in my low back and hips, even when I tried to do them gently and slowly. I wish there had been more suggestions for modifications or focus on alignment to assist me in doing these movements pain-free.

Umm...I read the reviews and thought it d be awesome, but I m not sure Kundalini is my thing. I ve never tried it before, but it s incredibly repetitive (I guess that s the point with some of it, but I really didnt like it). You go through 3 minutes of a really vigorous cat/cow, it kinda hurt my neck. Then like 10 min of the same posture over and over....I m sure it s awesome for some people, but not my thing.
