I have been practicing Kundalini for a couple of months with various online instructors and Kriyas. This is the first class I have had I felt a head rush in.

Wow, that was amazing. I ve never done Kundalini before, and I have to say, I wasn t enjoying it while doing it, and in fact, I couldn t do all of it - but I feel so good right now! Thank you!

I felt my resistence to sit in front of a person on a piedestal. Emotionally i prefer equal-feeling-sharing energy. But I did not allow it to upset me and followed the clas, with its beautifull moments after intense breathing. A very accesible class with an amazing energy. Maybe, at the next camera-sessions, get off of yhe piedestal and join all of us maravilous beings.

Was feeling very stress, so decided to try this style of yoga. It really helped my stressed level and was a great experience. I will be practicing this type of yoga more. Thank you for this experience!

There is something happening here! I felt tingly. It felt like I was breathing oxygen to the inside of my shoulder blades which have been so tense for so long.
Can anyone tell me if your nose is blocked if you should breathe through the back of the throat, or through the teeth or…?

At first, I didn t want to try this class because I was intimidated by the teacher s look and the pedestal, etc. However, once I got into the class her genuine warm personality came through and I found her very relatable and a great guide to Kundalini Yoga. I thought her comparisons to other yoga traditions were really helpful as well. This is a great class for all levels and injury. I have an elbow injury and this was a wonderful class that gave me a great worked out feeling without any pain.

This was my first time doing Kundalini Yoga and I feel really great, very light inside, balanced, and with definite flow of energy. I feel connected and energetic.
