I was inspired to try another of Tana s Kundalini classes and this did not disappoint. It was my last yoga session of 2023 and I believe it will offer a powerful new study for me in 2024. I feel the benefits from the first two classes I ve now had and I look forward to deepening this practice.

I really enjoyed this class. I have studied different styles of yoga but hadn t had any Kundalini classes yet -- Although I was very curious about it. I m an acupuncturist and like the idea of being able to do things to strengthen the immune system, or keep the Wei Qi strong and was inspired to try it because of the title. Especially now with the Covid virus, we are constantly being told to social distance to protect ourselves but this gives us something we can do to strengthen our inner shield. Also, I really like that there were few poses, held for longer periods of time with lots of breathing and generating prana. It was energizing and relaxing. The rest periods interspersed within were great too. The perfect class to help me wake up in the morning. Thank you!

My eyes lit up at the title of this session, in the midst of Covid19-inflicted quarantine. My first Kundalini class ever, it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. That midpoint savasana with the gong-playing was other-worldly! Thank you!

This is very different from other yoga classes I typically do but I was searching for something low key to do on a cold, rainy day that would help me fight off the winter blues (and the beginnings of a cold). This was the ticket!

As a long time vinyasa practitioner I so appreciated the difference this class offers!! My elbows are currently inflamed and this did not come close to bothering them. I love how she talks about the health benefits and enjoyed the breathing exercises, so different from what I am accustomed to :-) Will definitely be adding to my regular repertoire!

Really good practice ! Good for energy !
A little struggle with the last posture : walking with straight legs and holding the ankles ! Did have to stop before the end, because I did not feel well : surely some mental resistance !
Have to do it again soon to integrate the benefits of the practice

Calming and energizing simultaneously. Perfect balance of strength-building and relaxation. The gong bath was amazing! Thank you for this wonderful series of practices.

The Kundalini class I ve been looking for! A great workout to break up the Vinyasa classes. Also a wonderful mid-class meditation. I ll be coming back to this one again and again.

I was new to Kundalini and Tana does an amazing job of guiding you through this practice. I did it for 40 days and made note of it on my Facebook page PermaPaleo so that others would learn about this great kriya. As a Paleo coach and permaculture designer, I encourage people to try new ways to enhance the natural energy in their lives. Yoga download is great example of using an appropriate technology to enhance our connection with the natural healing process. Thank you so much for bringing this to us. This class was amazing. I have really had no experience with Kundalini Yoga, but I have been interested in taking a class for a long while now, so being able to experience this first from the comfort of my home was great. We chanted, we moved, we meditated, it was beautiful.
Tana has such a great energy and helped to keep me calm as I struggled to endure through many of the exercises. If you are a vinyasa junkie ,like me, I highly recommend challenging yourself with this class. The practices though easy conceptually, can be very challenging to work through.
It was perfect for me on a day I am not feeling 100%, I am left feeling light in heart and spirit.
