Holy cow. About halfway through this flow, I was suddenly dripping sweat onto my mat! So glad I picked this flow from so long ago to try out today. I fell in love with Claire s simple (but not easy) flows this year during my quaran-yoga. Now I m working my way through her back classes.
This class is so so great. I love that there are modifications given throughout -- some days are more energetic and flexible than others. I m definitely giving this one a download!
PS: I find it SO refreshing when the yoga models struggle with balance because I always experience turbulence in standing balances. It subconsciously takes the pressure off and lets me laugh at myself more easily.

No kidding you’ll feel it! But it is a good feeling by the time you’re done. Loved it and will definitely do it again. It felt good for the hips and I liked the balance moves and core strengthening.

Definitely felt rejuvenated after class! Nice sequence with some longer holds and twists. I liked the bit of core work included, it created some heat and preparation for a few balancing poses. A very well rounded class with great cuing.
