Love this fiery class, nice intense flow with good core and arm balances work. Great cueing on breathing particularly.

This is one of Jeanie s best classes. The cues (with the exception of one or two) were very clear ans the flow was well planned ans wonderful.

I like the variety of transitions but the cues were hard to follow without closely watching the screen which I think detracts from my ability to match my breath to my flow.

Challenging class with out-of-the-ordinary poses. Enjoyed that I couldn t do some of them and look forward to trying them again. This class will make you sweat.

Invigorating practice! I appreciate this instructor and what she brings to the practice - she s down to earth and her cues are good. This practice flowed nicely and invited some postures and balances with it. I could press pause as needed to practice the balance postures. And I was able to do this practice with my 9 month old on the floor playing (which is a huge bonus!). This was long enough to get the muscles worked well yet short enough to get on with one s day. I ll be using this class again.

This was a very nice flow, focusing on activating the core and bringing fire into the practice. It was perfect for what I was looking for, which was a practice to coincide with the fiery Aries New Moon. I liked that it was influenced by Kali, a perfect goddess aspect for this New Moon. The savasana was only five minutes long, not ten, like another poster commented, so don t worry! It was just the right amount of cool down time for the end of the practice to still feel the good vibes buzzin in my body and my core afterwards.

An excellent workout well supported by the instruction from the teacher. Will come back again. Suitable length for busy person. Thank you

I really liked this flow, but it s more like a 30-minute class, not 40-minute. Savasana was about 7-minutes long. Nothing wrong with that, but know what you re getting into time-wise.

I love the concept behind this practice and the sequences are wonderfully novel and challenging (though not geared to folks with carpal tunnel or hamstring issues). I had to adapt several poses, myself. Only critique: I wish some of the cuing was clearer, especially before moving into unusual sequences. I was taken by surprise several times when I didn t realize there d already been a transition to another pose--or know to anticipate a particular pose--until I looked up at the screen and saw something unexpected. Folks familiar with this instructor s style of practice might be less adrift, but I don t yet know her style well enough to anticipate.
