Great instruction! I was able to follow through and do my first headstand.
Great for breaking down tripod and supported headstand. I have been practicing both for a year and this was a great class to go back to the beginning and re-learn the fundamentals of headstands.
This was the first time I was able to sustain a headstand since I was a kid! It really built up my confidence about being inverted!!
