Peacock has always been one that I ve struggled with, and while the wide legged version is not in my practice yet, I was FINALLY able to get a child s pose leg version and hold it with good form for the first time. Thank you!!
Great explanation and warm up for peacock; however Not in my practice right now. I may stick with some of the prep poses to strengthen my wrists:)
I have been avoiding arm balances, for the most part. Now I want to try this entire workshop!
Love these workshops! I ve been doing all of them and building on them to continue to practice on my own. I find the warm up he goes through in all of them particularly helpful and easy to remember on my own.
Totally didn t make peacock but I came super close and this was my first time trying it! I love this instructor, he makes learning the poses fun and attainable!
