This was my first power yoga class ever. It moves much faster than the others. Lots of downward dogs and warrior poses. It was challenging but I made it through the entire thing. As always, Jackie is a fantastic teacher.

I love these classes. Perfect amount of instruction, cues, and alignment.

She talks too much and does not show enough modifications for beginners. She did not suggest using blocks either,
(I am an Advanced beginner who is restarting yoga.

I started Yoga Download when my gym closed because of Covid. I had just started to get back into yoga after a few years so I decided to start with Jackie s Hatha classes. I like her teaching style and I noticed improvements in my core. After about a month, I decided to try the power yoga series. I was afraid it would be too intense for me but I like the way she gradually adds to each series of poses.

Loved this class, bought me back to the first yoga I did 18 years ago! A pure and simple power yoga.

Such a great class! I really like that Jackie both calls and performs the poses with you. She has an encouraging tone that is uplifting.

I am 61 and returning to yoga. this is a great way to return safely. i started with 1 and because i exercise regularly i moved to 3 in no time. her instruction is easy to followand she emphasises safety. i have been a member 3 months and love yogadownload.com. The meditations are great too

I ve been doing this series partly to refind my beginners mind as about to start planning beginners classes. Even as a advanced intermediate I find these classes so good, they are great the afternoon or day after a hard run, just the right amount of power without the normal frantic power dynamics of a advanced class. We can all benefit from going back to basics and I d recommend these classes to all levels not just those starting out.

I love this class. It s a great next step if you ve been doing power yoga 1 and 2. A lot of it is familiar, but there are some new things added in. You will definitely sweat! Jackie Casal Mahrou explains the poses in great detail and her words are very encouraging. I would highly recommend this class.

I love these classes! Working my way through the series and like how each class builds on the next but there s enough difference I m not getting bored or feeling anything is too repetitive. I feel it after I ve done this class but I like that because I m getting a good workout, stretched and grounding myself all at the same time.

Can anyone tell me where the Pose Guide is for this class? I have the first one from Class 1, but can t see where the rest are. I m a beginner and cannot do the class without it...... ???

Challenging but simultaneously encouraging, this instructor goes at a perfect pace for beginners. Highly recommend going through the series -- I really look forward to them.

I am new to Yoga and Jacki walks you through how to do the poses and why the poses are done specific ways. She is very thorough and I look forward to taking her class each time I carve time out of my schedule for yoga.

Wow! I thought the first two classes in the series were great but part 3 is phenomenal. A really enjoyable class. It has a nice slow and steady pace with longer holds for postures but my body stayed warm throughout and I felt great.
The slower pace makes you think the class is deceptively simple but I looked down at my yoga mat at the end of this and there was a huge puddle of sweat! I have no doubt that this class benefited my mind, body and spirit.
Another excellent class from Jackie :-)

One may call this a beginner class, I call this GREAT! I m not a beginner but this was so wonderful. Taking things a little slower than the usual power yoga class, concentrating on alignment and grace, (getting out of the ego a bit) one can truly find focus. The breath rules!
Thanks for this lovely, empowering, freeing wakeup to the day. Sun is shining in my house today.
Great haircut too! : )

Jackie is a great instructor. I have been using her cuing with my own clients since starting the 21 day challenge.

This is one of my favorite classes to date. Thank you for showing a good sequence to try for crow. I thought that was one of the best explanations of how to start trying to do it I have heard!

Huge Jackie fan! This is my third time taking this, and my crow keeps getting better and better.
By Nicole | Monday, January 26, 2015
For some reason I really struggled with making myself practice today, but I chose this class hoping it would be a good mix of easy and challenging (still working on that crow pose!) and this class was just what I needed. Jackie is such a great instructor!

Honestly... I love Jackie s classes! She truly understands what a beginner needs to get the poses correctly, as well as modifications for those of us that just aren t that flexible yet. This was a good progression from intro to power yoga 1 & 2. I will likely be doing this whole series for a long time!

Just what I needed today thanks. Great instructions.

Good beginner class, though I wish she d done a bit more on alignment. For a more advanced practitioner, it s a good class to flow and try some more advanced variations that might be out of reach in a more vigorous class.

This class is part of a series. I have been following the series doing each class two times each and I am getting stronger and more flexible. Great teacher!

I loved every moment of this! This is what I was looking for

Nice easy flow. Very basic but is really good for a beginner. There is a spinal twist left out on one side towards the end of the practice.

Love Jackie! This is nice and slow and very thorough.

This is the perfect continuation of the series. I feel challenged, but not overwhelmed. Jackie has my back!

I really loved this class! The pace, explanation, and choice of poses was perfect! Thank you.
By Jenni Maag | Thursday, July 3, 2014
This video had an optimal balance between flowing poses, balance, and deep stretching. I thought the instructor was thorough in her explanation of each pose.

2nd class! She is great at explaining and making you feel good! It was a bit tough, but worth it!
By BetsB | Tuesday, June 24, 2014
Great for beginners. She does a great job of explaining the poses and I love that she includes a time of shavasina at the end!
By Ann | Tuesday, June 24, 2014
Good class. I would probably call it "Everyday Namaste" rather than "You ll Feel It," but I really like the slower pace and the way she explains postures.
