I normally love Elise s classes, but this one was difficult for me. No props or adjustments given for the first two poses, which were hard for me to access. I ended up exiting the class and removing it from my queue.

I love all of Elise s classes. But I also run a lot and this one is perfect for a post run stretch. Gets into the hips with dragon and proned frog. Has a nice bolster chest opener at end with banana and supported bridge poses. Love Love love

Loved this class! Well rounded, and although it was a bit faster paced than a general yin class, the instructor managed to address the entire body. That is a plus! Really enjoyed the Sphinx set! I will definitely be adding this class to my thrice weekly yin practice.

I love this class. The instructor gives very clear and detailed instructions for each pose that are helpful to me as a beginner. This class includes needed and deep stretches for me. There is a certain set of poses from about 19 mins to 25 mins that are AMAZING if you hold a lot of tension in your neck and shoulders ( who doesn t?). This is hands down one of my favorite classes.

Yin Yoga is more stretching than yoga. It is nice to hold the stretches but the music being played is really irritating. I don t know if it s the instructor s choice or if YogaDownload is adding the soundtrack, but PLEASE, play some relaxing yoga music!

Loved this class, I didn t have my props in the UK, but now I m back in Perth and have them again so thought I d finally do this class, after loving the first two yin yoga classes. It is just wonderful, quite intense poses but the instructor guides you into them so well that you can easily melt into them, the long holds of yin yoga are such a treat too.

Great sequence with terrific hip and back openers. A few of the stretches were new to me, and I really felt the changes happening within my body. I try to do 1-2 yin sessions a week, and this may become one of my favorites.

While I thought this moved a little fast for a Yin class, I did appreciate the variety of the asanas. Especially, the descriptions on how to get into each pose. Currently, I am undergoing PT for a spinal fracture and am allowed to practice yoga. The modification for sphinx for people with unhealthy backs was perfect. Thank you!

Fabulous class. Only recently discovered Yin Yoga and this class is as good as my usual instructor. Will definatly do more of Ellies Yin sessions when I need a Yin fix.

Really nice Yin practice. Relaxing, while at the same time challenging as you hold stretches and really get into tight muscles.

The instructor is a very good teacher and shows the experience that she has. I enjoyed the class but wish that there was other Yin Yoga classes to choose from. I have fibromyalgia and the stretching is very good for my body. Again great class, great instructor.

I love most of Elise s other video s but this one wasn t for me. A number of the poses just didn t hit the spots I was looking for. I don t have a bolster and substitutes didn t work. I found the last third of the class a wash for me.

I loved this class. It was a refreshing change of pace from my regular vinyasa classes. The instructor gives clear, concise directions allowing you to come into the pose safely and then just breathe and relax into it. My mind and body feel great.

I love Yin Yoga even more after this practice. This is a very refreshing approach. I love the teacher s style. Please offer more Yin classes.
