Great class! I did a short YDL gentler warm up practice before - a perfect combination this morning! (Appreciate these short more focused practices from Lila and others, perhaps YDL can recommend combinations in the description?)
Wonderful! I m reassured FROM WITHIN MY BODY that I Am Able for whatever comes today!Yes, it s challenging. No, I couldn t do it all. But I felt successful. Everything that was offered was done in a constructive way, and very good prep and progression for the poses

Really enjoyed this challenge. It was sequenced well and the shoulders were warm enough to attempt a forearm balance. Nice class.

Definitely a but hard first thing in the morning reccomend warming up before doing thus one first thing.

Great juicy arm and shoulder based practice. Not so much a flow, but some challenging poses and stretching. I love this one and have incorporated into my daily practice, a few times each month. Thank you!

Not a bad class but I feel like it s too short for its contents. I would have préfèred more warming up.
