Managed to squeeze in this short practice after a long day travelling to Marrakesh for the YDL retreat. Short but effective. Glad I pushed myself, feel better week by week.

I m very proud of myself for making it through this class with minimal breaks. I dreaded the thought of a core intensive, imagining it would be mostly postures centered in boat pose, but I m so glad I was wrong! I appreciate the standing and stomach-lying poses that still target the core, yet offer variety. I will be revisiting this practice :)

I am a big fan of Claire s "Nothing But Core"-classes, but was surprised that this was not tougher. However, it is well-rounded and short enough to use after a workout at the gym!

Love this short class. I feel like I could this 5 days a week just by itself or as an add-on after a gym session or another class.
