While the recording was not bad, it was less directed than what I usually like. The more directed a mediation, the less likely my mind will wander. I also like mediations with a focus on reducing anxiety. The goal of this one was more to become calm. The recording also had one of those ambitious endings where there is no closure or finite end and instead the music just keeps playing on until it fades out.
