Loved all these stretches so much! However vinyasa feels like a misnomer. Also it would have been helpful to do a quick warmup before these stretches.

Absolutely wonderful when short on time, my upper body feels so good. Should do this every day!!!!! Great direction, need to try more by this instructor.
