Very good message and movement! A little more relaxing than the other outlaw yoga offerings so this is great for a day when you want something a bit gentler but still want to get a good sweat in.

Model rocked this very fast-paced flow. Directions weren t always clear, movements were too quick, music didn t match the energy, and the shallowness of the commentary was distracting.
