Stepping Stones to Flexibility

In this class, we begin by taking the major and minor joints through their rotations, leading into a bit of core work to heat the body, then on to the much deeper work. Through spinal undulations, deep pigeons and lunges, we eventually get to bridges and splits both done on the ground as well as using the wall and a partner to assit in going deeper.
