In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

Welcome back to the second day, challengers! Every goal is reached one small step at a time. Being only the second day, it might not seem like you're that far along, but you've taken an important step closer after the first day of your challenge journey. Keep up the consistency!

Today's choices are between a longer and more rigorous practice from Keith, and a shorter and gentler practice from Elise. Choose whichever class feels right, and trust your instincts on which practice is right for you on each day of the challenge. Enjoy!

Reset Refuge: Come Home to Yourself with Elise Fabricant

30 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

Return to your higher self with this juicy 30-minute, all-levels practice. Stretch and open the sticky sides of your body with twists and folds. Surrender into soft restorative poses. By caring for yourself with conscious breath, self-massage, meditation and mudra, you are sure to feel so much more YOU after this sweet session.

Go Deep:

Deep, Slow, & Mindful Flow with Keith Allen

70-minute class | Level: All Levels | intensity: You'll Feel It

This is a thorough, full-body class that moves at a healthy pace, while being rigorous and challenging. The emphasis of this practice is being mindful and present while you move and cultivating a balance of effort and ease. There is a balance of twisting, heart-opening, balancing postures and an inversion, with the priority being your breath and allowing the practice to feel great in your body. The class is suitable for all levels, from those wanting to add more mindfulness to their practice, those who want to sweat, and those wanting to learn something new.
