This is a very unique class that uses the block to challenge your balance. Many of the sequences were new to me, but I found each series interesting, challenging, and helpful.

Such a great class! I would say this is intermediate. The description is perfect. Unique moves, utilizes the block wonderfully, and really strengthens and challenges leg strength and mobility . Love your classes Lila!
Whew! My language got a little spicy, but I could really see how this could help hiking (or hoyking) on uneven surfaces. Great to get those balance challenges in while strengthening. Excellent class!
