"Words cast spells.....What if you replaced “good morning” with “good rising”? In this 30-minute creative ladder flow, we reimagine the classical Sun Salutation with an energizing full-body sequence designed to awaken and uplift. This slow-flow Vinyasa class is perfect for starting your day or for those moments when time is short but you still want a complete practice. No props are required, though you're welcome to have them nearby for extra support. We close with a long, spacious Savasana — giving you time to absorb, integrate, and rise renewed.

I really loved this class, I ended up downloading it and plan to do it every morning as a way to ease back into my practice. The class was gentle and dynamic, and the creativity and peacefulness of the sequences was really felt.

Thank you so much, Annamarie, I also often use this practice as a wake up flow, it s short but effective. As for the quiet times, I try and give yogis as much space as possible, not always easy in an online class but I m glad it is coming through and is being appreciated. Be well and keep practising.
Really lovely sequence. I appreciated the silences and gentle cues.
Thank you so much, JMortude, for your review and kind words, you will find plenty of quiet times between the poses whenever is possible in my classes, I believe that it is in quiet times that yogis can feel but it does not work for everybody. I am happy it resonated with you. Be well.
Lisa has become one of my fav teachers because of her creativity in her movements and also relaxing voice and how she narrates the class. This class is a great one to wake up at any time of the day!
Gosh, Annemarie, it feels really good to know that I am somebody s favourite teacher and thank you so much for letting me and everybody else know. Deep gratitude to you for taking my class and also taking the time to review it, it s more than I could ask for.
Such a creative flow! I loved all the twisting and back bends, great way to wake up the body without doing a single standing pose.
Hey, Lauren, that s true! I didn t even notice that. Thank you for reviewing this class, I m super happy you enjoyed it.

Thank you for your review, Chris, it is much appreciated. Glad you enjoyed the flow.
Fun, creative practice that is short but gets results!
Thank you, Rachel, that was exactly my intention. I appreciate you taking the time to review my class.
This was refreshingly quite and produced profound stillness. I especially enjoyed the surrender of the full prostration. This practice brought everything down a notch in a wonderful way. Thank you.
Thank you for this thoughtful review, you captured the spirit of this practice to perfection! As my practice grows and evolves, I find I need more silence and stillness to feel, and as with everything it works for some but not for others. I m glad it worked for you. Thank you for taking the time to review my work, I appreciate every word.
Great combination of activation and rest! Thank you!
Thank you for your review, mkinney, I read each and everyone of them. Reviews help me better tailor my content and other practitioners to know if this class is the right fit. I can not thank you enough for taking the time to try the class annnnnd (!) leave a review. Be well.
Just perfect for any time of day. Nice, relaxed lengthening and imaginative flow followed by a delicious Savasana. Loved it.
Namaste, Kathi, I am very grateful to you for taking my class and leaving your wonderful feedback. It is so important for us teachers to know what works and what doesn t and I truly appreciate people taking the time to leave a review. Be well.
Thank you for your positive review, Kathy and happy you appreciated the long relaxation. I also think the sequence is suitable for both day and evening. I am very grateful to you for your practice, our world needs it! and for taking the time to leave a review. I cannot thank you enough. Be well.
Fun flow. I appreciate the emphasis on stillness and quiet to begin and end.
Hi Margaret, yes! I m glad you picked up on that, we need both. If we practice dynamically all the time, we burn ourselves out, if we take gentle classes only, we won t generate the heat needed for burning toxins, dross and samskaras (habitual patterns), yoga like life is a balancing act. It makes my heart sing that you noticed and felt the need to express it in a review. I am very grateful to you. Wishing you the very best.
This class is just what I needed. My body feels stretched and open. Thank you
Thank you for your review, Bernie. I truly appreciate it and happy it served you.
Great moves... loved it. Perfect wake up or wind down practice. Cleared my mind, elongated my body. Feeling calm and ready.
Thank you so for taking the class and for reviewing it. It makes my heart sing that you enjoyed it.
thank you for the 5 star review, Marine!
