I really enjoyed this class. It is somatic combining breath work with what I found to be fun and opening movements. It was accessible and not strenuous. I did this on a morning when I felt exhausted and stagnant and it gave me energy and helped loosen up my hips and shoulders, both of which are sticky joints for me first thing in the mornings. Left me feeling much more positive than I felt when I got on my mat.

The most uncomfortable session I have ever had. Somatic movements are slow and mindful, not the race of movements in this session.

Some interesting moves, felt a little tied up with the bound legs but energized after the breath work.

A bit tense at the ankles towards the end. Maybe suggest sitting in easy pose towards the end of the class.

Different but great for lung health and stretching everything. Plus beneficial for shoulders and upper back. I should do this one every week. Feeling great!

After practicing with YDL for this long, Christen s classes like I m working out with a friend. This was some lovely breath work coupled with really nice movement that really did feel like a breath of fresh air!!! Well done!

Great practice! Some interesting, unique moves. As someone who struggles with chronic pain, this hit some of my frequent trouble spots and is going into my "favorites of favorites!" I normally have good balance but nearly spilled my morning cup of coffee stationed on the side of my mat during the kneeling bound leg pose! Fun practice, lovely instructor (who has super cute pants!).
