Keith is an amazing teacher. A true yogi, he inspires presence in every moment. The movements are seamless and invite the opportunity to practice with effortlessness (but don t be fooled -- this practice requires strength as well as concentration). A beautiful practice. Thank you!

Keith s classes are exactly what my body is craving lately. Slower and with intention while still including poses with intensity to them. It s a unique balance to find and this class does that expertly. I didn t mind practicing a good portion at the back of the mat because I am not a beginner and the cues were good but I could see someone getting confused when they have to be turned away from the screen. I liked it though! Loved the inclusion of fire log, fish, and shoulder stand. Thanks Keith!

Wonderful, focused short and full practice! Wisdom nugget- when you said to remove all words to describe what I m feeling in the pose and to just feel the pose. Golden! Focusing on a word to describe the pose has the potential to move beyond. I ll be returning to this.

I love Keith"s class: slow, calm, and mindful movements. However, my body dose t like back bends and fire log poses. To get the full benefits from the poses, I need to go slow. Keith knows that and takes time enough so that my body slowly gives up to resist. This class is truly "stretch" my body and mind. Thank you.
