Was a really great no nonsense quickie! Just as she says, it s great as a stand alone or stacked on top of other sessions or exercise.

Slow and simple, perfect for me after a long flight. My body was stiff and sleepy, but I know I need stay awake. This class is great to keep my body active but not too hard on. The slow movement of stretch to open shoulder and heart made me feel better. Thank you!

Oh Elise! Thank you for helping me open my heart and shoulders in a gentle and effective way. I took a hiatus from YDL, and was so pleased to see this new series upon my return. At five months pregnant, I modified with some bolsters and pillows and skipped deep twist at the end. I am feeling less stuck and sore! Thanks for a great class Kristie
