I enjoyed this class but think that the name is misleading. While there are repeats in places that allow you to work on an area, the class moves along at quite a pace- sometimes too fast.
Excellent class, good flow. A real challenge, could not maintain as long as model did. But enjoyed it.
Wow, that was challenging! I knew it would be based on the reviews, but I still wasn t ready. ?? There s nothing fancy here, just slow, mindful holds and movements. Wonderful class even if I did have to adapt the bridge section to avoid cramping.
Loved this class. The first time I did it I could only last 18 mins! Doing it more and more and still challenging but so good!
