Great work in this class. Just when I was sure I could do no more, the exercise changed and I actually made it all the way through. Very nice to end with a short flow of familiar poses and a good, long savasana.
I really enjoy the mix of Hit and yoga! But the first part could have been more challenging for me.
This one was a nice change of pace. Some new moves with functional weight-bearing , along with good yoga stretches at the end. I was surprised by the core effort that was incorporated into the moves to maximize efficiency. Thanks, Ben!

Really enjoyed this session - a good mix of achievable HIIT workout followed by a nice strong flow. Ben cue s well to make it easy to follow and to maximise the breath.
Wow! This class (particularly the HITT portion) is one that I am very glad to do in my own home with no one watching because I needed some serious modifications! I definitely see the value in getting up and down off the mat (I need to work on that). Overall a very good workout.
Ben is wonderful. Somehow he makes HIIT seem doable and I felt amazing after the class with the yoga end
