This is great for glutes & for hip opening. It s also an unexpected but excellent experience & explanation (right after 16 minutes on the video timer) of how the primitive brain work & how to calm the instinctual response with the breath. You experience the afferent fibers of the vagus nerve taking calming info in to the brain. I agree - the intensity is NOT as high as it s rated. It should only be "you ll feel it" or even less.
Pretty good class, but I was expecting a higher intensity for such a short duration.
