Another amazing practice, so hard but so good. I had never done a sequence with a block before, it felt it opened quads and hips in a new way. I couldn t do the headstand but I know your classes offer challenges to explore. I love the fact that every time I re practise your classes, I feel more natural holding some poses or flowing through the sequences. Thank you for putting so much effort and passion in your classes. I definitely enjoyed the block work both for the stretch and also the challenge of balance. Great class!
My first class with Jessica. She cues really clearly. I wasn t able to do the block sequence, but her modification to do it without still was a nice challenge. No music on this class so maybe bring your own.

A fabulous challenging class! Really enjoyed the use of blocks and subtle differences it makes to how the poses feel. Will definitely do this one again!

Great class! Very challenging but wow! I use blocks in my practice but never with warrior poses. I really loved this new use! I look forward to more classes from Jessica!

Another great class by Jessica. I love the work and learning new tricks. Couldn t get the handstand, but that was my best round of crow poses so far! Thanks!
