This might be one of the best instructional classes I have ever had. I wish I have had this kind of instructions a lot more times before, so my learning would have been better. Although I have been practicing Yoga for quite a while, I learned a lot and understood quite a few tips to come in and out of balancing poses. i will definitely look up her classes! Namasté

This was just what I needed to help with my balance. I have messed up feet from years of neglect. After watching the preview, I decided to do a morning flow first. I will be coming back to this once a week to gain better balance and foot connection to the floor. Thank you

This was a wonderful class to learn alignment, what part of the leg or foot to press, what to soften, where to focus. It was great for me because I’d never learned it before. It sort of opened my eyes and saw these poses in a different way. Thanks!

Too much talking/explaining. Not a very productive class. Maybe a good class for beginning level. Wouldn t recommend to anyone who has some yoga practice already.

Though I ve only worked with four or five instructors Dana is my favorite. The Iyengar style is great. Her communication and presentation is outstanding.

Great class! The slow pace is very important to have awareness of what your body is doing. Although I have done all these poses before, I have never examined what my hips were doing. It helped a lot to maintain balance. Thank you!

I always enjoy Dana s Inyengar technique classes. This class is purposefully slow and her cues are excellent. This helps me learn some muscle memory to take with me to a Vinyasa and Hatha class. Just controlling my hips in tree pose engaged my core which made all the difference in holding the pose with ease.

This felt like a beginner class to me. She took the poses very slowly, and if I had not done tree, triangle or warrior two before this would be a good teaching class. However, if just moved too slowly for me to enjoy.
